What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is listed on each product (typically 5–50 pieces depending on SKU). Mixed cartons can be discussed after we see your requirement.
Are prices in INR? Is GST extra?
Yes — wholesale starting prices are in INR. Confirmed orders are GST-ready. Tax is extra as applicable on the invoice.
Do you show the lowest price on the website?
No. The site shows a starting wholesale price only. Final rate depends on quantity, mix and payment terms.
How do I order?
Send a requirement on this site or WhatsApp. We quote, you confirm, payment as agreed, then we pack and dispatch with tracking.
Where do you ship?
Courier pan-India from Tri Nagar, Delhi. Transit is usually 2–6 working days depending on destination.
Can I become a distributor?
Yes. Use the wholesale partner form with monthly quantity and city. We will call you.
Can you supply my required quantity?
Usually yes. Available qty on the product page is indicative. Sales confirms the lot when you send the piece count.
Do you accept mixed cartons?
Yes, after the quote. Heaters, strips, wax, spatulas and aftercare can ship together if packing allows.
Is there a shopping cart?
No. This is a wholesale showroom. There is no retail checkout — only a quote, payment as agreed, then dispatch.
Private label / white label?
Possible on qualifying bulk lots. Mention it in the requirement so sales can check MOQ and lead time.
Payment terms
Advance as agreed on the quote. New accounts typically pay before dispatch. Repeat partners can discuss terms.
Returns
Wholesale cartons are packed to order. Transit damage must be photographed on the outer carton within 48 hours. See shipping.
