Shipping Policy
These shipping terms apply to bulk and wholesale orders packed from Tri Nagar, Delhi. Freight is confirmed on the quote because carton weight changes with the mix.
Courier and tracking
We ship pan-India by surface or air courier depending on weight and urgency. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp once the docket is generated. We do not operate a walk-in retail counter.
Freight
Courier charges are extra unless the quote states otherwise. Heavy heater cartons are quoted with freight before payment. Remote pin codes may take longer; we flag this on the quote.
Transit time
Typically 2–6 working days after pickup. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed SLA. Delays by the courier are outside our direct control; we will share the tracking so you can follow the docket.
MOQ and cartons
Orders below MOQ may be declined or repriced. Carton dimensions and dead weight are confirmed on the quote. Split dispatch is only done if you approve a short SKU.
GST invoice
GST-ready tax invoices are issued on confirmed orders. Share GSTIN with the requirement if you need it on the invoice.
Damage in transit
Photograph the outer carton before opening and write to support@vmenerprises.in within 48 hours with the tracking number. See also our Refund & Return Policy.
