Goods are supplied for business use (salons, academies, redistributors). There is no 7-day “change of mind” return on opened or packed-to-order cartons. Please check SKU, MOQ and city on the quote before payment.

Refund & Return Policy
Wholesale cartons are packed to a confirmed quote. This is not a consumer e-commerce return window. Please read before you pay.
Wrong item or packing error
If we dispatched a different SKU than the accepted quote, write to support@vmenerprises.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton, inner packs and the invoice. We will replace or credit the difference after we verify the docket.
Transit damage
Photograph the sealed outer carton before opening. Claims after 48 hours, or without carton photos and tracking number, cannot be processed. Courier inspection may be required.
Quality complaints
Unused goods in original inner packing may be reviewed case by case. Opened heaters, used wax, or goods stored incorrectly are not returnable. We may ask for batch photos and a sample before deciding on replacement.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payer (same bank / UPI) after goods are received back in sellable condition, if return was required. Freight on refused or unclaimed cartons may be deducted.
Cancellations
You may cancel a quote before payment at no charge. After payment, cancellation is only possible if the carton has not been packed. Packed orders are treated as confirmed wholesale supply.
