Terms of Wholesale Sale

Nature of the website

This website is a wholesale showroom and lead desk. Listed prices are starting wholesale in INR, not MRP and not a guaranteed floor. There is no retail checkout, no consumer cart and no automatic order confirmation online.

Quotes and orders

A contract is formed only when we accept your requirement in writing (WhatsApp, email or a numbered quote) and you pay as agreed. We may decline orders below MOQ, unclear lots, or destinations we cannot service.

MOQ, mix and packing

Minimum order quantity is stated per SKU. Mixed cartons are allowed only after we confirm packing. Inner packs, carton size and dead weight are finalised on the quote — not on the website card.

Price and GST

Rates are in Indian Rupees. GST and other taxes are extra as applicable on the tax invoice. Share a valid GSTIN if you need it printed. Starting website prices can change without notice until a quote is issued.

Payment

New accounts typically pay advance as stated on the quote before dispatch. We do not offer consumer EMI or cash-on-delivery as a default wholesale term. Bank / UPI details are shared only on an official quote from our sales desk.

Title and risk

Title passes on full payment. Risk in transit passes when the carton is handed to the courier, unless the quote says otherwise. Photograph the outer carton on delivery if you need to claim transit damage.

Limitation

Our liability for any wholesale order is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for salon downtime, lost resale profit or indirect loss. Product use in a salon is the buyer’s professional responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any non-excludable statutory rights of a registered business.
